Congaree and Penn Join us for a family friendly pumpkin patch nestled in Congaree and Penn's oak hammock every fall. Park at Congaree and Penn's alternate entrance at 8555 Plummer Road and hop on a wagon ride to enjoy a cruise to and from the pumpkin patch. Guests are welcome to enjoy a 10 - 15 minute walk to the pumpkin patch, too. Featuring live music by The Junco Royals, story time with children's author Morgan Leary, and face painting by A Touch of Paint. Scrumptious bites will be available to purchase from The Bullet Food Truck, El Cubano, Hyppo Popsicles, and Mayday Ice Cream. Beer, wine, cider, and nonalcoholic beverages will also be available to purchase. And don't miss The Pupcycle's ice cream for canines and Spruce's plant pop up.

Southside United Church Come out and visit the Southside UMC Pumpkin Patch! The Great Southside Pumpkin Patch is a fun place to bring your family and friends, take pictures, pick out the best pumpkin, and have a blast! Family-friendly events are happening in the Patch the whole month of October, and you are invited to join us! Be sure to tag your photos @SUMC Pumpkins for a Purpose. The Southside pumpkin patch is a fundraiser for the Southside Youth group. The funds raised enables them to participate in mission projects and other youth activities.
The Patch is open Mon - Fri from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Sat - 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Sun - Honor store.
Isle of Faith UMC The patch is open every day to the general public with no entry fee Oct 8th through Oct 31st! Please be mindful of our hours. Make sure you play safe and have fun.

Orange Park UMC We're collecting non-perishable food items for the Clay County Clothes Closet Thanksgiving baskets, including: yams, chicken broth, powdered milk, tea bags, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy (jars and packets), mushroom soup, corn and green beans. Come visit the Pumpkin Patch at Mandarin United Methodist Church! Bring your family to pick out the perfect pumpkin, take pictures, and have fun! The pumpkin patch is a fundraiser for the One10 Youth group that enables them to take part in mission projects and other youth activities. Open every day from 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
Spooktacular at Jacksonville Zoo It’s as “wicked as you wish” at the 35th annual Spooktacular, presented by Aquafina. Believe what you hear and most of what you see at Jacksonville’s most enchanting place to celebrate Halloween on October 14-16, 20-23 and 27-31. Each night, we’re combining beloved traditions with all-new thrills and chills. Guests are encouraged to dress up in family-friendly costumes to explore the winding pathways of themed decorations, mythical beings and sweet treats. Spooktacular features activities for all ages from trick-or-treating to scare zones.
Each Spooktacular night, the lure of nature comes to light. Find eyes lurking about and listen to mysterious noises echo throughout.
