As soon as you walk in on the left hand side as a space are utilizing for an office great space great ceiling height and beautiful windows allow the natural light which is super important. Take a look up take a look at the quality of detail that they have in this model home. Opening the garage door there is a nice place where you can just drop off the coat & the kids end up off the book bags. You have your laundry room with a sink, which is a great feature to have, especially if you have small dogs in case you have to wash some delegates.

As we continue to walk through and you're going to be blown away by this kitchen it's completely open to the living room, dining room, and it's really just perfect for those wanting to stay connected with the family and their guests while they prepare for the game or just a good movie night. Now, take a look at this space here. This could easily be a dining room if you wanted it to be, but they're actually using it as a sitting room, lots of space, lots of natural light, and it looks out onto the water. So now let's just take a peek in here. You're going to have some additional guest rooms along with the guest bathrooms. Guest bedroom is ample size. I mean, you have a queen sized bed here with all the furniture. Now, let me tell you something. That most people don't realize until it's too late. If you look out that window, you see the air conditioning unit, the person sleeping in this room is a light sleeper. That could be a problem. So when you're shopping, make sure you're working with a real estate professional that can point these little things out because most people don't realize they made a mistake until it's too late.
